Eventually the relationship turned and the two were dating, and then came the question! I can’t wait to photograph these two in October. I know their day will be just as spectacular as they are!

Kelly & Ryan
Max- 9 months
Her cousin asked her to hang out, Amy agreed not knowing that her life would be altered in am incredible way. It was there that she met Ethan. Extremely funny, kind-hearted and a love for the Disney them parks, he had Amy’s attention. Heading home she wondered what that was all about and the next day Ethan sent her a random friend request on Facebook. They chatted casually there and decided to try a first date. Fast forward two years to February 2012.
The couple headed out on vacation with Amy’s family to Disney World. After a day of rides, family time, and tired legs, Amy and Ethan took a break in front of Amy’s favorite spots… the Cinderella Castle. Knowing that this was the perfect time, Ethan dropped to one knee as Amy’s jaw dropped. He slipped the ring on as she declared “YES!”
Since Ethan is from a rural town and works for John Deer, we decided to incorporate a field, and of course his green hat and Amy’s ears into a few shots. It was a blast getting to know them, and I can’t wait to share their September wedding with them!
LOVE! this session! Ethan and Amy were wonderful to hang out with! (although I probably scared them a few times with my overjoyed shreeks!!) I can’t wait to celebrate their marraige with them in September!
The met for coffee, a random date. It was a Match made from Match. John made Lindsay laugh and she captivated him. John continued to make Lindsay laugh throughout their entire engagement session. The Winter Carnival crowd might keep some away, but it drew this couple. They were up for anything… including ice skating, walking through a parade, sneaking throughout a library and just being together. I can’t wait to capture their October wedding!
Spring soirée perfection.
Rob and Sarah’s wedding day was a beautiful blend of faith, family, and thoughtful design. Inspired by Monet’s garden paintings, their celebration was filled with soft spring colors, meaningful heirlooms, and intentional details at every turn.
After a joyful ceremony at Eagle Brook Church, surrounded by family and friends, they celebrated the night away at Silverwood Park with beautiful florals, heartfelt speeches, lakeside portraits, and dancing.
One of my favorite details? Sarah changed into her mother’s wedding dress for the reception, while flowers made from that same gown were sewn into her veil.
