Mia: Minneapolis baby

As of now I have 11 friends expecting babies.  It is a glorious time because I. love. babies.

I get the wonderful privilege of holding them, cuddling them, smelling them and then… handing them back.  I am thankful to get my baby fix through other people.  Having 3 of my own I realize what a precious time it is, and I am thankful to capture the priceless tininess that only lasts for a short time.

Mia was no exception.  She was so sweet and wonderful.  And as she drifted to sleep we got the most wonderful photos.

Here’s to more babies!  ( I have 2 more shoots this week of newborns!!)

    Alison: 9 months- Minneapolis baby

    This is the third shoot I have done for this adorable little girl.  What fun it has been to photograph her at 3 months (Here) 6 months (Here) and now at 9 months!  It is always a joy to be a part of clients lives throughout these precious times as their babies are turning into little people!  I am always amazed!

      Alyssa- 6 months; Minneapolis baby photography

      To say she is easy going is an understatement!  This little six month old was so easy to photograph.  I could not get enough of her sweet smiles and bright blue eyes!  Even though the weather was a scorching 90+ degrees with a heat index that made me sweat through my tank top, you would never know by the way she was hamming up the camera!  Her newborn photos seemed just as easy (see HERE) and it has been so much fun to watch her grow.  I am looking forward to shooting her 9 month photos this fall, but until then, she tops the charts (at least in my book) with the chill baby award!

        Lucy- 2 years

        Lucy has been my top baby model since the beginning!  I got to meet her at one day old and photograph her and then continued on as she grew.  It is hard to believe that she is two.  Because we have been to a variety of places together, I wanted to try out a place I have been eying up for the last couple months.  She was the perfect model, and in December, I will get another little one to photograph because a baby brother is in store for the Nelson’s.  I am thrilled!
