Minnetonka Orchard with my kiddos!
They just love being together. Weather it be watching a Twins game, snuggling or yard work, Elizabeth and Derek just want to be with their two beautiful and energetic boys, Levi and Jude. I had the privilege of being around this family for an hour or so taking in Levi’s 2 year old energy and being completely absorbed in Jude’s bright blue eyes and smiles. We walked around Maple Grove and ended at Coldstone Creamery for ice cream, a family favorite. It was a joy to be with your beautiful loving family, thank you again!
Photographing newborns is not always the easiest endeavor. However Gavin was a-maazing! Cried…zero times that I was photographing. Calm and easy-going seem to be some of his personality traits already coming through in the 10 days he’s been alive. So much so are his parents, Jana and Reed. Chill and easy-going and great friends, I am happy to have them a part of my life. Much love to you both as you enter this brand new world of parenting. Here’s to many more easy going babies!

Now I have only 10 friends expecting, and sweet baby Gavin showed his face 2 weeks ago. More photos to come of this beautiful bundle!
I love having the awesome privilege of photographing freshly born babies. Adeline was the newest baby I have ever photographed. Still in the hospital at 24 hours, she encountered her first full photo shoot, and many more will come as she is one of 4 beautiful children of my best friend. I simply can not wait to see her grow into the little girl God has made her to be!
What a joy it was to capture Lizzy and Ryan and their now family of five! Adding these two sweet twins to the mix definitely brought life and so much joy to their session! Congratulations to you both!!
From their engagement session, to their wedding, to the birth of their first daughter and now to their second, it’s been a joy and honor to be able to photograph couples like the Wargo’s as their life changes.

Including siblings in your newborn session… yes or no?
My answer is always yes.
It might feel a little chaotic in the moment, but those are often the images you end up treasuring the most—the real connection, the tiny interactions, the beginning of a new family story.
I’ve loved watching the Luong family grow through all three of their children’s newborn sessions, and those sibling moments are always some of my favorites.
