closeHappy Monday!! Here is just a sneaky from last night’s engagement session. Amy and John were awesome, and we just beat a huge downpour!!
This family is a dear one. They are sweet, kind, laid back and extremely easy to photograph. Kelly and I met a few years back through mutual friends and it has been a blessing to see her whenever I get to. Her family is so sweet, and I am thankful for them!!
I love this sweet family, every time I see them they are grinning ear to ear and I can feel the warmth between them! This time around was not different, it was so great to see all of them and to be able to see how they have grown!
Even though this weekend was rainy, there were a few times that we were able to dodge the drops! It made for beautiful lighting for these two session!

Wow, how fast do 2 weeks go?! I have combined weeks 9 and 10. Some of the events included: a trip to WI to visit family, a trip to a historic town, last days of school, baby shower, graduation parties, bird nest finding and protecting, and planting my first ever raised garden on the patio! Summer must be here because keeping up with this personal project has become much harder! Happy weekend!
What a joy it was to capture Lizzy and Ryan and their now family of five! Adding these two sweet twins to the mix definitely brought life and so much joy to their session! Congratulations to you both!!
From their engagement session, to their wedding, to the birth of their first daughter and now to their second, it’s been a joy and honor to be able to photograph couples like the Wargo’s as their life changes.
It’s what makes my job so meaningful and fulfilling! Congratulations Hannah and Jake, your family is beautiful!
Including siblings in your newborn session… yes or no?
My answer is always yes.
It might feel a little chaotic in the moment, but those are often the images you end up treasuring the most—the real connection, the tiny interactions, the beginning of a new family story.
I’ve loved watching the Luong family grow through all three of their children’s newborn sessions, and those sibling moments are always some of my favorites.
