Last year Michelle and Hector got some incredible news; they would be having twins! Adding to their family, which already held a then 3 year old, they knew it would not be easy but it would be God’s beautiful plan! In March I was able to do the twins newborn session which was so much fun, and this past fall, we met at Millennium Gardens (an incredible location any time of the year!) to do their family session. We had such a beautiful fall day for their session. I love seeing families grow and change, it is an incredible gift!

Tree Farm Sessions:: Kittila Family

One of my very favorite places to photograph in the winter months has been Hanson’s Tree Farm. The owners are amazing at allowing anyone to photograph on their property, except when they are in full season. This past year the two days I shot there were cold, but at least we had a little snow. I have some thoughts in mind for next year on bumping up the tree farm sessions to the fall so it isn’t massively cold. What do you think? Yay or Nay?

For now, enjoy some of these sweet kiddos and their family!

I met Amy because she was a winner at a silent auction that I was involved in to help raise money for a preschool! I loved connecting with her animated family and honestly loved the dresses she picked out for her spunky daughter from Trish Scully Child and Mustard Pie. It’s what makes my job so meaningful and fulfilling! Congratulations Hannah and Jake, your family is beautiful!

It might feel a little chaotic in the moment, but those are often the images you end up treasuring the most—the real connection, the tiny interactions, the beginning of a new family story.

I’ve loved watching the Luong family grow through all three of their children’s newborn sessions, and those sibling moments are always some of my favorites.
