I think it is officially safe to say that summer has come! Finally green grass, waves of color and Minnesota warmth! It is also a fabulous time to have photos done, weather it be of your family, your growing children, your graduate or your engagement session! When Jennie told me she had never had professional photos of her family taken and that I would be the first to do so, I was completely honored. We chose the most iconic place in Minneapolis- The Stone Arch Bridge- and a place she and her family love, to commemorate our time!
The fall day was a bit crisp, but her toddlers did an incredible job! It was so fun to be able to spend time with this sweet family. I hope to see them again in the near future!
It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and there was a slight breeze in the mid-summer day. I met up with the Berenguer Family and Nana for a session to capture their family at their stages of one and three. We laughed a lot, ran around A LOT and had a great time together! I love seeing this family and love all of our adventures together!
Including siblings in your newborn session… yes or no?
My answer is always yes.
It might feel a little chaotic in the moment, but those are often the images you end up treasuring the most—the real connection, the tiny interactions, the beginning of a new family story.
I’ve loved watching the Luong family grow through all three of their children’s newborn sessions, and those sibling moments are always some of my favorites.
