Nicole and Aaron have been my clients for years. They are kindhearted and fun. I love Nicole because she too is a photographer, and understands photo sessions are not always about the subjects looking dreamily into the camera and calm collected families, but actually about photographing the here and now stages of life. When she invited me out to their hobby farm, North Fork Farm, I was thrilled. You see, they not only have chickens, sheep, cats and dogs, but they have kiddos! Four of them under six including twin girls! As I headed out to their home, the rain started falling, but as I got there it lessened and we were able to spend some time in their pole barn and meet some sweet new kittens, run after the sheep, venture to the lake on their property, and play on tractors. I love these lifestyle sessions and hope to do many more with them and others throughout the year!
The September light streamed into the dressing room where Sarah waited. It was finally time!! The day that she had been waiting for! With few close family and friends, the couple chose to tie the knot outdoors on the terrace of the Gale Mansion. One of their three pooches, Minnie Mouse, carried the couple’s rings up the aisle and the two spoke their vows and committed to one another. It was a beautiful day for a celebration, and I was honored to be a part of it. Thank you Sarah and Marc, for letting me document this spectacular day for you!

Three cats, three girls, some land, one summer night and a lot of fun! This sweet family blessed me with their kindness, love and affection. We had a wonderful evening roaming their property and photographing their joyful life!
Those baby blues and the killer smile of this 2 year old made me oh so joyful. Add two wonderfully friendly parents and their sweet doggie to the mix, and this family session was a huge success! I had the privilege of photographing Dax last year, when he wasn’t quite as mobile. This year he gave me a run for my money… literally… and a great time!
No one said you had to do newborn photos inside! Taking lifestyle newborn photos outside and making them true to your style makes them even more meaningful and significant!!
