closeJennie and I grew up together and went to high school together. We had bonfires together, went to high school sports together, and laughed (a lot) together. It was an honor that her husband Henry asked if I would photograph their extended family as a Mother’s day gift to Jennie.
We met at my favorite park in Edina where I was able to meet Henry’s sister and her kids. They were all so kind, and we had so much fun in the park together. I look forward to more shoots with the Jimenez family.
Including siblings in your newborn session… yes or no?
My answer is always yes.
It might feel a little chaotic in the moment, but those are often the images you end up treasuring the most—the real connection, the tiny interactions, the beginning of a new family story.
I’ve loved watching the Luong family grow through all three of their children’s newborn sessions, and those sibling moments are always some of my favorites.
