Langseth Family: Rochester family

A game of Settlers, a story on the couch, a bike ride, a s’more in the fire pit, and loads of laughing.  These are all things that await us as we head down to Rochester to visit my sister and her family.  Amazing wife, mother and friend, I look up to her in so many ways.  She and my brother in law are wise beyond their years and some of our closest friends.  This time around, I brought the camera down to catch her kids in action.  Despite the stickiness and hot sun, the kids did great!  My heart melted when finally my youngest niece pulled out her true smile and then her cheesiest as we finished up!

I loved seeing Sarah and her beautiful family!  Her boys have grown so much since the last time I saw them!  This time around was just as great, and I had such a blast with them!

These girls are adorable, and so is their family of 4!  I have enjoyed photographing Marissa since she was 6 months, and it was  so fun to photograph waiting for her sister, her itty-bitty newness and now at 6 months!  Looking forward to making more memories with this family!

Running after twin 4 year olds and an 18 month old is a better workout than going to the gym, and I absolutely love it!  The Holm family made me laugh and sweat, but smiles and glee’s of joy are music to my ears… and my camera!

Manning three schedules of three young boys is a hard task.  Kelly knows it very well.  Running a kindergartener to school and dealing with two nap schedules while managing her home is enough to make me need a nap!  It was great to get these three busy boys in action and great to see them all again (outside the walls of the park and pool where we usually see them!!)

Becoming an entrepreneur wasn’t easy. It took a lot of hard work in understanding what I wasn’t good at before understanding what I was good at. I failed a lot in the process.

We often only see the good things and success stories on social media, but getting to the point where we are confident in ourselves and our work takes time and lots of failures. Trust me. 25 years and still working at it!!
