Brackett’s Crossing Country Club Wedding:: Michelle and Chris

They both worked at Fairview Ridges Hospital and got to know each other quickly while working closely together. Chris and Michelle both knew through conversations together in and outside of work that their friendship was turning more into a relationship.

Labor Day of 2018, Michelle had worked a long weekend so Chris offered to make her dinner on Sunday night. He grilled steak and they ate a great dinner together. Knowing how much Michelle loves desserts, Chris bought her a box of chocolates for after dinner. He set them on the table and placed her ring in one of the chocolate spaces. At first Michelle didn’t even noticed and poked fun at Chris for eating one, but upon closer look, she noticed there was a ring in the place of the chocolate. Chris then got down on one knee and asked Michelle to be his wife!

Upon saying yes, a limo was waiting outside for the both of them and they were able to announce in person their engagement to their families over drinks and champagne!

A perfect breeze with a beautiful sunny day was a perfect set up for their outdoor ceremony at Brackett’s Crossing. Friends and family came from near and far to celebrate with this beautiful couple. Emotions ran high throughout their first looks through speeches and I love how fun their wedding party was! They all took the champagne popping to the next level!

Chris and Michelle, thank you so much for including me in your day. You both feel like long time friends and I can see how much you love one another and those around you. Many rich blessing to you both!

Becoming an entrepreneur wasn’t easy. It took a lot of hard work in understanding what I wasn’t good at before understanding what I was good at. I failed a lot in the process.

We often only see the good things and success stories on social media, but getting to the point where we are confident in ourselves and our work takes time and lots of failures. Trust me. 25 years and still working at it!!
